Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 within the contiguous U.S. and to APO/FPO military addresses.
For orders under $35, standard shipping is $6.99.
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is a flat rate of $9.99 for all orders.
When will I receive my order?
Most personalized gifts are produced and shipped within 2 business days.
You can expect your order to arrive within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase.
- Standard Shipping: Arrives in 4–6 business days.
- UPS Ground: Ships within 2 business days. Delivery speed and live carrier rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Express Shipping: Arrives in 3 business days (Ships within 1 business day).
Note: Your estimated delivery date will be shown in your shopping cart prior to checkout.
Special Exceptions: Bar Mirrors & Bulk Orders
Because of the custom design work involved, Bar Mirrors and Bulk Orders (12+ items) follow a different timeline:
- Digital Proof: Emailed to you within 1–2 business days.
- Production: Ships within 6 business days after you approve the proof.

How will my item be shipped?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS from our workshop in Merrillville, Indiana.
Note: APO/FPO military addresses are shipped via USPS only. We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of Canada.
Return & Replacement Policy
Our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love your order! We offer a 60-day free return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or craftsmanship of your item.
If you need to return an item, please email us at support@lifetimecreations.net to arrange for a prepaid return label.
The "Typo" Exception
Since every item is permanently engraved with the specific text you provide, we cannot accept returns for spelling errors or incorrect dates provided by the customer.
Please double-check your personalization carefully before submitting your order! If we made the mistake, we will naturally replace it free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but damage can occasionally happen during transit. If your item arrives broken or defective, please email us at support@lifetimecreations.net with a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no cost to you.
