Can you accommodate custom artwork or logos?
Absolutely! We can accommodate custom artwork and logos for many of our most popular items. For these items, we require a high-resolution file and we will send a proof to you for review within 1-2 business days. Visit this page to see some of the products that we are able to personalize with custom art and logos. Please note that minimum quantities and an artwork setup fee applies to most custom artwork orders. Please see individual product pages for details.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Purchase items in bulk for weddings, parties, and more, and take advantage of our bulk pricing options that help you save. Please see individual products for more information on bulk pricing tiers.
Processing and Shipping
When will I receive my item?
At Lifetime Creations, we strive to balance quality with quick turnaround and delivery times.
For individual items, you can expect the following order processing times:
- Standard shipping delivery within approximately 3-6 business days*
- Express delivery within 2-3 business days*
For bar mirrors or bulk orders of 12 or more, you can expect the following turnaround times:
- 5-7 business days after proof approval via FedEx Ground.*

How will my item be shipped and how long will shipping take?
All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery®, which have an average shipping time of 1-4 days (in addition to the processing times noted above.)
I need my item quickly. What kinds of expedited shipping can you offer?
We are able to offer FedEx 2-day shipping on most items. Express shipping can be selected at checkout and your item(s) will be shipped with a transit time of two (2) business days. Please note that this option will not expedite your customization processing time.
Can you ship internationally?
We can! However please note that shoppers are responsible for any duties and taxes that are incurred upon delivery and that these charges are not covered by the shipping charges paid at the time the order is placed. Please contact us for international shipping rates.
Do you accept returns on personalized items?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. Our team makes sure to review and inspect each item carefully before it ships to ensure quality.
If you do find that your item has a quality issue, please contact our customer service team at email@example.com or 708-895-2770 so we can review the item for return eligibility. Any returns on the basis of a quality issue must be made within 30 days of receipt in order to be eligible for return or exchange. Please note that the item must be returned to us unused and in its original packaging.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
Occasionally an item may be damaged in transit. If this is the case, please contact our customer care team within five (5) days of delivery via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and please include a photo of the damaged item so that we can arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you.
