When will I receive my order?

What expedited shipping do you offer?

  • Express shipping (FedEx 2Day®) is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time. Example: An order placed Tuesday before midnight CST will deliver by Friday, assuming there are no federal holidays.

How can I personalize the item?

  • The fields shown on each product page will allow you to personalize your gift.

Are there any restrictions on how I can personalize the item?

  • Orders including any profanity, or which are offensive/vulgar in nature will automatically be cancelled and refunded at the sole discretion of Lifetime Creations.

Can I change the color of the item or engraving?

  • All variations of product color options are shown. Products that are laser engraved will engrave as shown on the listing photo. We are unable to change the color of the engraving.

Can I change my personalization after my order is placed?

  • Yes, if we are notified before midnight CST the same day your order is placed.

Will my personalization be too small or unreadable?

  • Your text will be adjusted within the engraving or embroidery area specified, but would appear similar in size to the product image.

My personalization is longer than the character limit allowed. Can you accommodate?

  • Our character limits are pre-determined for each design to ensure engraving is legible and high quality. If the personalization is 5 characters or less over the maximum allowed for the design, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate your request.

Can I add my own artwork?

  • Yes. There is a $50 artwork set-up fee and minimum quantities of 12+ (excluding bar mirrors). We can provide a quote. The artwork should be high resolution and you must own the rights to reproduce any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed images or logos.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

  • Yes! Bulk pricing typically starts at quantities of 12+. Purchase items in bulk for weddings, parties, and more, and take advantage of our bulk pricing options that help you save. Please see individual products for more information on bulk pricing tiers, or contact us with any questions.

I’m interested in placing a bulk order. Can you send me a sample of your product?

  • Please contact us, and we would be happy to ship a product sample with our logo engraved or embroidered for the cost of shipping.

Do you have any coupon codes or promotions?

  • Typically you’ll be able to find any special promotions on our homepage. Or you may join our email list at lifetimecreations.net/email to receive a coupon code for your first order.

We are a tax-exempt organization, how do we avoid sales tax?

  • Please contact us for assistance with placing your order.

Can you take my order over the phone?

  • We are unable to accept phone orders but please contact us if you need assistance with placing your order online.


Shipping

How will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Home Delivery®, FedEx 2Day®, or UPS SurePost® and will deliver within the stated time frames noted on our Shipping & Returns page. When will my order arrive?

Can I change my address after placing my order?

  • No, but if we are notified before midnight CST the same day your order is placed, we can cancel your order and you may re-order with the correct address.

I placed two orders. Can you ship them together?

  • Each order will ship individually, as shipping was charged separately.

My order was marked as delivered, but I never received my item. What can be done?

  • Please review that the shipping address was entered correctly on your order. If the address is correct, and your family and neighbors have also not received your package, please contact us regarding next steps.

My order was not delivered and is being returned to you. What can be done?

  • If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, you will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.


Returns & Exchanges

My item was broken when I opened my package. Can I exchange it for a new one?

  • Yes. We take great care in packaging your order. However, damage may unfortunately happen during transit. Please contact us with a photo of the damage upon receipt of the item, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

My item has a manufacturing defect or personalization error due to your mistake. Can I exchange or return it?

  • Each item is carefully decorated and inspected by our team before shipment. However, if upon delivery you find a quality issue or a personalization error due to our mistake, please contact us to arrange for an exchange for the same item or a full refund. All returns or exchanges on defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt, and returned items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

I made a mistake and my item has a personalization error. Can I exchange or return it?

  • Once we personalize an item for you, we cannot accept exchanges or returns due to customer error. Please check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting.

I no longer want my item. Can I return it?

  • Because each item is personalized with your details, we do not accept returns.
