When will I receive my item?

At Lifetime Creations, we offer quick turnaround and delivery times without sacrificing quality.

Most orders with individual gifts: 

  • Standard shipping delivery within approximately 3-5 business days*
  • Express delivery within 2-3 business days*

For bar mirrors or bulk orders of 12 or more:

  • Orders ship 3-5 business days after proof approval via FedEx.

*Includes production time. Within continental U.S. Current estimated turnaround time is subject to change.

How will my item be shipped and how long will shipping take?

All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery®. Times noted above include both processing and transit times. 

Orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Home Delivery®, which is 1-4 days on average once your package has shipped. Additionally, FedEx 2Day® is available on a majority of items. Lifetime Creations is not responsible for delays in transit time due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting us or any of our carriers, for any lost or stolen packages, nor for any other delays, non-deliveries or mis-deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. I need my item quickly. What expedited shipping can you offer?

Express shipping (FedEx 2Day®) is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time. Example: An order placed Tuesday before midnight CST will deliver by Friday, assuming there are no federal holidays.

Can you ship internationally?

We can! However please note that shoppers are responsible for any duties and taxes that are incurred upon delivery and that these charges are not covered by the shipping charges paid at the time the order is placed. Please contact us for international shipping rates. 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.

Returns

Once we personalize an item for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting.

If upon delivery you find a gift has a quality issue, please contact us at support@lifetimecreations.net or 708.895.2770 to determine your return eligibility. All returns or exchanges on defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the items must be in new condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to cancel your order in accordance with the Lifetime Creations User Agreement.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and inspect items thoroughly before shipping. However, damage may unfortunately happen during transit. Notify us within five (5) days of delivery by emailing support@lifetimecreations.net with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
