Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. Shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.
How will my item be shipped?
Orders are shipped either via UPS® Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS SurePost® and will deliver within the stated time frames noted above.
What expedited shipping do you offer?
Express shipping is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time.
What if my package is undeliverable?
If a package is returned back to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping costs to re-send the items. In some cases, this may be higher than the shipping amount originally paid.
We have the highest standards for our product quality and design, and guarantee our personalized items to be free of defects. Each item is carefully decorated and inspected by our team before shipment. However, if upon delivery you find a quality issue, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
We take great care in packaging your order. However, damage may unfortunately happen during transit. Email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage upon receipt of the item, and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
All returns or exchanges on defective items must be made within 30 days of receipt, and the items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Other Returns & Exchanges
Once we personalize an item for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please check the spelling, names and dates carefully on your order before submitting.
We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
