Ordering & Customization

When will I receive my order?

What expedited shipping do you offer?

Express shipping is an upgrade available for most items at checkout. Note that Saturdays, Sundays, and government holidays are not counted as transit time. Example: An order placed Tuesday before midnight CST will deliver by Friday, assuming there are no federal holidays.


How can I personalize the item?

The fields shown on each product page will allow you to personalize your gift.


Are there any restrictions on how I can personalize the item?

Only characters found on a standard desktop keyboard can be used – no emojis or special characters. Orders with profanity or offensive content will be cancelled at Lifetime Creations' discretion.


Can I change the color of the item or engraving?

All variations of product color options are shown. Laser engraved products engrave as shown in the listing photo; engraving color cannot be changed.


Can I change my personalization after my order is placed?

Yes, before midnight CST the same day your order is placed. Orders enter production the next business day and cannot be changed afterward.


Will my personalization be too small or unreadable?

Your text will be adjusted within the engraving or embroidery area but remain readable.


My personalization is longer than the character limit allowed. Can you accommodate?

No. Character limits ensure readability and quality.



Can I bring in my own item for you to engrave?

No. We do not engrave customer-supplied products.


Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! Bulk pricing starts at 12+. See product pages for tier details or contact us.


Can I request a product sample?

Yes, we can send a sample engraved or embroidered with our logo for shipping cost. Contact us for details.


Do you have any coupon codes or promotions?

Visit our homepage for promotions or join our email list for your first-order coupon.


We are a tax-exempt organization. How do we avoid sales tax?

Can you take my order over the phone?

We cannot accept phone orders but are happy to assist online.

How will my order be shipped?

Can I change my address after placing my order?

If notified before midnight CST the day of purchase, we can cancel and let you reorder with the correct address.


I placed two orders. Can you ship them together?

Each order ships separately, as shipping is charged per order.


My order says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

Verify your shipping address, check with neighbors, and then contact us for next steps.


My order was not delivered and was returned to you. What now?

You are responsible for additional shipping costs to re-send the order.


Returns & Exchanges

My item arrived broken. Can I exchange it?

Yes. Send a photo of the damage via our contact page and we’ll replace it.


There’s a defect or personalization error. What do I do?

Contact us for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new condition.


I made a mistake in my personalization. Can I exchange it?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned due to customer error.


I no longer want my item. Can I return it?

No. Personalized items are non-returnable.
