How long does shipping take?
Most standard orders are personalized and shipped within 2 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 4–6 business days from the date of purchase. We ship via UPS and USPS from our workshop in Merrillville, Indiana. Your delivery date will be shown in your shopping cart prior to checking out.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. If you are in a rush, you can select Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders are prioritized to ship within 1 business day and are delivered within 3 business days of your purchase. Your delivery date will be shown in your shopping cart prior to checking out.
Where are Lifetime Creations products made?
Every gift is designed, engraved, or embroidered right here in our Merrillville, Indiana workshop. We are a family-owned U.S. business and do not dropship, which allows us to personally oversee the quality of every single order.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order! We offer a 60-day free return policy if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or craftsmanship of your item.
Please note: Since every item is permanently engraved with your specific text, we cannot accept returns for spelling errors or incorrect dates provided by the customer. Please double-check your personalization before submitting your order!
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
We begin processing orders immediately to meet our fast shipping times. If you need to make a change, please contact us before midnight CST on the same day you placed your order. Once an order enters production the next business day, we cannot make changes or cancellations.

Is engraving better than printing for personalized glassware?
Yes. Unlike screen-printed designs that can peel, fade, or scratch off in the dishwasher, Lifetime Creations uses professional laser engraving. This cuts the design permanently into the glass, creating an elegant, frosted finish that is 100% dishwasher safe and will last a lifetime.
Can I add a custom company logo to my order?
Absolutely. We specialize in bulk custom artwork for corporate gifting, real estate closing gifts, and branded barware. We can engrave your business logo or custom design on orders of 12 items or more.
Can you engrave a photograph?
No. Laser engraving works best with high-resolution vector art or crisp black-and-white logos. Photographs typically do not produce the clear, high-quality results we require.

What if my package is returned to you as undeliverable?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to correct the address. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If the error was ours, we will naturally re-ship it at no cost to you.
Can I bring in my own item for you to engrave?
No. We only engrave the high-quality products we supply. This ensures we can guarantee the outcome and quality of the engraving, as different materials react differently to our lasers.
Can I request a product sample?
Yes! If you are planning a large bulk order, we are happy to send a sample. We typically charge for the cost of the item plus shipping. Please contact us to arrange a sample.
We are a tax-exempt organization. How do we avoid sales tax?
Please contact us before placing your order. Send us a copy of your tax-exempt certificate, and we will set up your account to be tax-free.
My personalization is longer than the character limit. Can you accommodate?
In most cases, no. Our character limits are set to ensure the design looks beautiful and legible. If your text is only 1–2 characters over, please contact us, and we might be able to adjust the font size to make it fit, but we cannot guarantee it.
