Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) or high-resolution .PNG or .JPG files work best. Because these ornaments are full-color printed, detailed artwork, gradients, and photos all reproduce well. If your file is low resolution, contact us — we can often clean it up or recommend a redraw.

The minimum order is 12 units. For larger quantities or volume pricing, contact us for a custom quote.

Order as early as you can. Production and shipping lead times tighten through November and December, so placing your order early is the best way to guarantee delivery before your holiday event or mailing date. Yes. We can personalize each ornament individually within a bulk order — a different name, year, photo, or short line of text on each piece. This makes them ideal for team gifts and named keepsakes. Provide your list at checkout and we will handle the rest.

The ornament is white aluminum with a white finish on both sides, and your design is printed on one side. The reverse stays a clean white, which many customers use for a name, date, or short message.

Sublimation printing produces full-color, photo-quality designs — ideal for logos with multiple colors, gradients, or complex artwork. Yes. Sublimation fuses the design into the aluminum's coating rather than sitting on top of it, so the print resists fading and scratching. The aluminum is also lightweight and shatter-resistant, so it holds up better than glass to handling, storage, and shipping year after year.

Yes, we offer two options prior to production. First, we are happy to provide a complimentary digital proof showing your own logo or artwork exactly as it will be printed; simply submit your file for review. Second, we can send a complimentary physical sample so you may assess our print quality firsthand — please note this sample features one of our standard stock designs, not your logo. We do not produce an individual printed sample using your artwork ahead of a bulk order.
