We stock the blank items we sell so they are ready for personalization, but they still need to be checked before production begins. Your Order Moves Into Production
Once the artwork file is ready, the order is marked Ready for Production in our system. That signals our production team that the order is ready to be made.
Each order receives its own production form that travels with it through the shop. That form includes key order details like the item purchased, quantity, personalization instructions, customer notes, internal notes, ship-by timing, and delivery needs.
It also contains barcodes that connect the physical order to the correct digital file. When a machine operator scans the barcode, it automatically opens the exact production file tied to that order and sends it into the proper machine workflow.
This is one of the ways we have built automation into our process to reduce human error and improve speed, while still keeping skilled people involved at every important step.
Engraving, Embroidery, and Printing With Care
Once the correct file is loaded, production begins.
Depending on the product, your item may be engraved, embroidered, or printed. No matter the method, our operators are focused on creating a finished item that looks clean, professional, and true to the order.

Before an order moves on to packaging, it is reviewed for quality and accuracy.

Each Item Is Cleaned, Finished, and Prepared for Presentation
When your order reaches the packaging stage, it is not immediately dropped into a shipping box.
Each item is carefully cleaned, labeled, assembled if needed, and prepared for presentation. Glassware is individually cleaned. Wood products are wiped down to remove engraving residue. Embroidered items are checked to make sure the stitching looks neat and finished.
Each category has its own finishing process, but the goal is always the same: your gift should look ready to give when it arrives.
This part of the process matters because presentation matters. Many of the gifts we create are ordered for weddings, anniversaries, memorials, birthdays, graduations, and other important milestones. There should not be any surprises during the unboxing experience.
Orders Are Packed for Safe Shipping
Once the items are cleaned and ready, they are packed into an appropriately sized shipping box with protective materials chosen for the type of product being shipped.
We use recyclable materials as much as possible, including cushioning around fragile items. We also take pride in our ability to safely ship fragile products like glassware and mirrors, including large-quantity orders.
Many of the items we ship are being given as gifts for a very specific event. Creating the gift correctly is only part of the job. Getting it to your door safely matters just as much.
Shipping Automation Helps Orders Go Out on Time
After the order is packed, another layer of automation helps move it through the final shipping step.
The packer scans the next barcode on the production form, and the order appears on a monitor with all the key shipping information clearly displayed. Our internal system uses the destination, shipping option selected, and timing requirements to help determine the appropriate shipping method for getting the order there on time.
This helps us move quickly and accurately while still making smart shipping decisions behind the scenes.
Tracking Is Sent as Soon as Your Order Ships
As soon as the shipping label is created, tracking information is sent to the email address connected to your order.
That means you can follow your personalized gift from our Indiana shop to your doorstep. Inside the package, you will also find information on how to contact us if there are any issues when your order arrives.
