Custom Artwork and Logos FAQs

Ordering & Customization

Can I order a single item with a custom logo?

  • No. Most of our custom artwork products require a minimum purchase of 12 (please see each product description for exceptions). At 12, you will receive a bulk discount per item.

Is there an additional cost to add a custom logo?

  • A set up fee of $60 is required for all orders in which a custom logo or design is used. Custom set up charge is a one time charge for each custom logo for each product type. After your initial purchase, your custom logo will then be saved on file for future purchases.

Are you able to engrave logos?

  • We are able to engrave should be high resolution artwork and you must own the rights to reproduce any trademarked, copyrighted, or licensed images or logos.

How will I know if you are able to engrave my logo?

  • We would be happy to review your logo prior to purchase. Please email your artwork to art@lifetimecreations.net for our graphic designers to review. You can expect a response within 1 business day.

Can I see a preview of my order?

  • We will provide a digital proof for your approval 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Your order will not be sent to production until we receive proof approval.

I provided my artwork, but are you able to change part of it?

  • Possibly. This would need to be addressed on a case by case basis, as not all artwork is the same. If you have any questions about if artwork will be acceptable prior to purchasing, feel free to contact us at art@lifetimecreations.net.

My image has a watermark, can you remove it to be used for my order?

  • No. You would need to purchase the image without the watermark from the original source.

Can you engrave this photograph?

  • No. Photographs vary significantly in quality and more often than not do not produce distinct, clear engraving results.

I don’t have a high resolution image for the artwork, can you use this?

  • Possibly. We are able to use smaller images on a case to case basis, but we CANNOT guarantee a quality engraving will be produced. We will tell you in advance if we think the engraving won’t be clear.

Can you engrave my logo in color?

  • No. The engraving will be similar to what is shown in the product image. By engraving, we are removing the surface of the product to reveal the material underneath, creating a frosted glass effect.

Can I order 25 tumblers now with my logo, and 25 tumblers with my logo at a later date?

  • Yes. There is a one-time $60 setup fee for custom artwork. The fee would apply to the initial order. We then keep your artwork on file in our archive. Any order with identical artwork placed later would be processed without a digital proof.

How fast can I receive my order?

  • For all bulk orders with custom artwork or your logo, we will provide a digital proof for your approval 1-2 business days after your order is placed. Your order will not be sent to production until we receive proof approval. Production time for bulk orders is typically longer than most of our gifts. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for current turnaround times. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.
