Lifetime Creations is an online retailer for personalized gifts - you can find us on Amazon, Etsy, and lifetimecreations.net. We laser engrave, embroider, and sublimate gifts at our warehouse in Merrillville, IN for weddings, holidays, and other special occasions.

Role

We are looking for a seasonal, part-time Fulfillment & Production Associate with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic who is excited for the opportunity to work within a growing, fast-paced small business. He or she will play a significant role in the final gifts our customers receive.

Merrillville, IN near Taft and Route 30

Hourly rate

$16 per hour

Hours

This is a seasonal position and will end by December 23, 2024
Full-time and Part-time hours available between the hours of 7:30am - 8pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts also available 7:30am - 4:00pm
Hours may fluctuate weekly
Scheduling is flexible

Responsibilities

Reduce wasted materials and ensure customers receive the highest quality gifts by performing thorough quality checks
Prepare and clean products for decoration and shipping
Package and ship products for safe transport and within brand guidelines
Run our laser engraving machines as needed (will train)
Maintain workspace by ensuring materials are organized and spaces are kept neat/orderly and clean on a daily basis
Work quickly and efficiently with a high volume of orders to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on-time
Other duties that may arise from time-to-time and may be assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Comfortable learning new skills
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs on a regular basis
Ability to twist, squat, kneel, bend on a regular basis

Requirements (non-negotiable and must be verifiable)

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
Provide at minimum 3 references upon request (professional, educational, and/or personal)
Must be able to meet physical requirements of the job provided reasonable accommodations
